On November 23, 2021, JSPS Alumni Association of the Philippines (JAAP) held online “2021 National Research Forum and Awarding of Outstanding Filipino JSPS Fellow.”
JSPS Bangkok Office attended the event, and the Director Dr. Otani delivered opening remarks.
This is to award JAAP members who meets the criteria of scientific productivity and scientific and professional standings.

This year, following JAAP members won a prize and delivered a lecture on their research.

■ Dr. Renato G. Reyes (Former President, JAAP/ Vice President for Academic Affairs, Central Luzon State University) from Agriculture
■ Dr. Evelyn Creencia (Board Member, JAAP/ Professor, Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology) from Chemistry/ Chemical Science
■ Dr. Maria Rowena Romana-Eguia (Vice-President, JAAP/ Scientist, Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center / Aquaculture Department) from Fishery
