JSPS India Alumni Association (IJAA) and Shivaji University organized the “13th India-Japan Science and Technology Conclave: International Conference on Frontier Areas of Science and Technology (ICFAST-2023)” on September 8th and 9th in Kolhapur, India. This conference brought together 14 researchers from India, Japan, and Singapore to deliver lectures on various aspects of science and technology, with over 500 participants including researchers from Kolhapur and students from Shivaji University in attendance.
At the beginning of the symposium, JSPS President Tsuyoshi Sugino delivered opening remarks. Additionally, International Program Associate Mr. Konishi provided an explanation of JSPS international programs.
