In the seminar, Dr. Fillone presented his project which focused on an increase in the efficiency and reliability of Philippines’ public transportation system to reduce traffic congestion and other traffic problems. For example, he and his team developed the dashboard cameras attached in front of buses to capture the illegally parked vehicles or the application to forecast a traveling time from a starting point to a destination.

After the presentation, lots of questions were made from participants, about the application he developed, and so on. For these questions, Dr. Fillone answered clearly. Dr. Fillone also pointed that, when commercializing his application, the personal information needs to be concerned.
