On June 28, JSPS Bangkok Office organized JSPS guidance seminar at Kasesart University. Kasesart University, founded in 1943, is known as the first university of agriculture.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Tiwa Pakoktom

The seminar was kicked off with the opening remarks by Asst. Prof. Dr. Tiwa Pakoktom, Head of Research and Academic Service Center. In the speech, He put emphasis on the vast supports of JSPS programs. Participants looked like eager to get information about JSPS programs.

Ms.Usui

In the beginning of the seminar, Mr. Tomiyama, Deputy Director of JSPS Bangkok office, expressed his gratitude for holding the seminar.
In the presentation, Mr. Tomiyama, Deputy Director, introduced JSPS’s outline followed by the introduction of various international programs by Ms. Usui and Mr. Hamabata, International Program Associates.

Dr.Suratwadee

Afterwards, we had a special speeches.
Dr.Suratwadee Jiwajinda obtained Ph.D. under RONPAKU program. She explained her experiences in details. Her speech proceeded understanding about JSPS ‘ programs.
