On 30 October 2019, the JSPS Bangkok Office organized JSPS guidance seminar at Bandung Institute of Technology<\/a> in Bandung, Indonesia.
\nThanks to the great support from Dr. Edwan Kardena, Director of Partnership and International Relations, who is also alumni of JSPS, we could hold the guidance seminar at the university for the first time. More than 50 participants have attended the seminar.<\/p>\n

JSPS Guidance seminar was kicked off with the opening remarks from Prof. Bambang Riyanto Trilaksono,Vice Rector for Research, Innovation and Partnership, and Director Prof. Yamashita introduced JSPS including its overseas offices and JSPS Alumni Association of Indonesia (JAAI). Afterward, Mr. Tomiyama, Deputy Director and Ms. Usui, International Program Associate presented JSPS international programs.<\/p>\n

As a former JSPS fellow, we welcomed Dr. Edwan Kardena. He is also serving as one of the selection committee members for JSPS-DG-RSTHE Bilateral Joint Research Project<\/a>. He introduced his research experience in Japan and gave the information about the Joint Research Project.<\/p>\n
