{"id":794,"date":"2015-10-01T16:38:21","date_gmt":"2015-10-01T09:38:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jsps-th.org\/jsps_en\/?p=794"},"modified":"2015-11-20T15:37:29","modified_gmt":"2015-11-20T08:37:29","slug":"jaat-organized-a-working-group-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jsps-th.org\/jsps_en\/2015\/10\/01\/794\/","title":{"rendered":"JAAT organized a Working Group Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JSPS Alumni Association of Thailand (JAAT) organized a working group meeting on 1 October, 2015, at the office of National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT).<\/p>\n<p>JAAT will hold an international academic sysposium on 25 February, 2016, in cooperation with NRCT and JSPS Bangkok Office.  In <a href=\"https:\/\/jsps-th.org\/jsps_en\/2015\/09\/18\/788\/\">the last JAAT Executive Committee<\/a>, Dr. Sunee, President of JAAT, suggested to orgnize a working group to prepare for the symposium.<\/p>\n<p>The main agendas were as follows:<\/p>\n<p>1.  Main theme of JAAT symposium<br \/>\nThe theme was decided to be \u201cAcademia&#8217;s responsibility for Sustainable Society.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>2.  Speakers of the symposium<br \/>\nSpeakers will be invited from Japan, Bangladesh, the Philippines and Thailand, including those who are not only from academia but also from NGOs and private sectors. <\/p>\n<p>So far, JAAT has orginised bilateral seminars between Japan and Thailand.
