On July 19\u201320, 2025, the NRCT\u2013JSPS\u2013JAAT Social Activity took place at Chuk Kracher Community in Chachoengsao Province, Thailand. The event aimed to promote understanding and practical action toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through hands-on learning and community engagement. The main activities featured the following five sustainability-themed workshops:

\n\u30fbNatural Dye Printing on Fabric Using Plant-Based Dyes
\n\u30fbHarb Soap Making
\n\u30fbFood Safety<\/p>\n
Over 90 local residents participated in the event, which served as a platform for community members to exchange ideas and contribute to the revitalization of their community.<\/p>\n

Chuk Kracher Community
\nChuk Kracher Community is a village in Chachoengsao Province that has spent over a decade developing its land and supporting local livelihoods. Initially focused on selling fresh produce like bananas and coconuts, the community was severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. In response, they shifted towards producing value-added goods and developing eco-tourism.
\nWith support from two NRCT grants, the community improved infrastructure, farming systems, and local skills. JAAT later provided technical support in areas such as biochar production, bee farming, and food safety. These efforts have helped the community move closer to its goals of sustainable development and community-based tourism.<\/p>\n
