On June 16 2025, in conjunction with Thailand Research Expo 2025, we successfully held the NRCT\u2013JSPS\u2013JAAT Symposium on \u201cAI-Driven: Research and Innovation<\/em>\u201d, at the Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre, Central World, Bangkok.
\nWe were honored to welcome 5 speakers from Japan and Thailand, who shared their insights on the transformative role of AI in education, research, healthcare, and beyond.<\/p>\n

The event began with welcome remarks from:
\nProf. Dr. Sukanya Aimimtham, President of JSPS Alumni Association (Thailand) (JAAT)
\nProf. Dr. Yoshio Otani, Director of Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), Bangkok Office<\/p>\n

This was followed by a speech from honored guest:
\nMr. Kentaro Nagai, First Secretary for Digital, Information & Communications Technology, Space, Science, Technology & Innovation of Embassy of Japan in Thailand<\/p>\n

And opening remarks from:
\nMs. Sirinporn Deawtrakool, Deputy Executive Director of the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT)<\/p>\n

The symposium welcomed over 70 participants who engaged in lively discussions. It served as a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and international collaboration, supporting ongoing efforts to advance innovation through AI.<\/p>\n
