JSPS Alumni Association of Thailand (JAAT) organized the 2nd Executive Committee on 10 June, 2015 at the office of National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT).
The main agendas were as follows:
1. Approval and sharing the minutes of the 1st JAAT Executive Committee Meeting on 10 April, 2015
2. JAAT Seminar at NRCT Research Expo, 9:00-12:00 am on 16 August, 2015
Details of the seminar, including the theme, number of Japanese and Thai speakers and schedule for preparing for the seminar were discussed and agreed.
3. JAAT directory and membership ID
Dr. Pornpen reported that she had already contacted to all JAAT members to make JAAT members directory. Executive Committee members will follow up with the members who have not sent the information back yet.
4. JAAT Seminar at NRCT Research Expo, 13:30-16:35 pm on 16 August, 2015
Mr. Yamada introduced the outline of the seminar.
5. Others
Dr. Supavadee, treasurer of JAAT, reported the current financial states of JAAT.
The next JAAT Executive Committee meeting will be held on 5 August, 2015.
