Chuk Kracher Community
Chuk Kracher Community is a village in Chachoengsao Province that has spent over a decade developing its land and supporting local livelihoods. Initially focused on selling fresh produce like bananas and coconuts, the community was severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. In response, they shifted towards producing value-added goods and developing eco-tourism.
With support from two NRCT grants, the community improved infrastructure, farming systems, and local skills. JAAT later provided technical support in areas such as biochar production, bee farming, and food safety. These efforts have helped the community move closer to its goals of sustainable development and community-based tourism.
