Web academic Lecture “Tips to Prevent Coronavirus Infection from the Viewpoint of Aerosol Science and Technology” was held by Air Pollution and Health Effect Research Center of Prince of Songkla University

On 18 January 2021, Air Pollution and Health Effect Research Center of Prince of Songkla University (PSU) held the web lecture in cooperation with JSPS Bangkok Office.

The theme of this lecture was “Tips to Prevent Coronavirus Infection from the Viewpoint of Aerosol Science and Technology”.

The lecture was started by a brief introduction by Dr. Perapong Tekasakul, Director of Air Pollution and Health Effect Research Center, PSU.

Then, Dr. Yoshio Otani, Director of JSPS Bangkok Office made a presentation entitled “Tips to prevent coronavirus infection via aerosol routes”.

In the lecture, he explained in detail about “Aerosol Dynamics”, “Role of Air filtration” and “Classification of respirators”.

After his presentation, many questions were raised and he answered each question politely.

The lecture ended successfully, with about 50 participants.
